Before I decided to get involved and look into the property preservation business I was working full time in construction renovation for close to five years. Things were working out well, but by the middle of our country's economic melt- down I found myself unemployed.

I am soo busy and wanted to send a quick success story because things are so exciting right now.

I first ordered the course about 14 months ago and started to register with a few companies but never followed up as you told us to. I was a licensed real estate agent in Georgia at the time and looking for something else to do to make money since selling real estate was not doing it  Then I got somewhat sidetracked and was quite honestly depressed because nothing was working and I almost didn’t expect success in anything.

So, I came back to Southern California in October 2011 and decided to get the course again in December because I had left the other one in GA when I packed my old minivan and drove back to Southern California.

"My testimony started in 2010, I was a single mother of two teenage boys. I was unemployed, my mother had died recently from cancer who left me her home, that I actually lost to foreclosure. My car was repossessed as well.

Just wanted to send you a quick thank you for all the education that we have received from your course and training calls.

It really got us off in the right direction. After we established our legal business, I began emailing all the National companies, banks, local REO agents, etc. Using your techniques, I got immediate responses from many of them, took the online test, which was more difficult than I thought it would be, but none the less passed thanks to your training information.

Within a week I was receiving work orders from a big national company.

For the month of April I submitted 51 invoices and made A LOT of money!.

We also received work from a local REO agent. He called and said he had received our email and wanted to know if we could bid on trashing out, cleaning, and mowing a home for him.
